This session is designed to help clear stagnant or overloaded energy that may contribute to physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, or mental fatigue. As the body resets, many clients experience a renewed sense of clarity, lightness, and vitality—allowing the nervous system to relax and the spirit to feel grounded and refreshed. Ideal for those seeking energetic maintenance, detox support, or a gentle reset, this session offers a holistic approach to wellness that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Please note: All sessions are remote only.
Cancellation Policy
Your time is important, and so is mine. I do my best to hold space for every client, and this policy helps me offer appointments more fairly and consistently. I completely understand that unexpected things come up. If you have an emergency, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to be flexible and understanding. If you need to cancel or make changes, just call, text, or email me at 984-344-4114 or janabrown@sunsshineinyou.org. *If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. *With less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee may apply. *Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) may be charged at the full session fee. *When canceled with proper notice, prepaid sessions will be applied toward your next appointment. *Missed or late-canceled appointments may not be eligible for a refund.
